Dr. Jameela Mukhaimer joined Bahrain Nursing & Midwifery Society in 1993 as a member, and become the President, during her term she facilitated the transition and led the board members toward achieving the Society goals. Qualified Nurse-practitioner and Midwife, practicing as women health practitioner. She had university teaching, research, and administration experienced as Assistant professor, and dean of students. Member of the National Accreditation for external certificates Committee.  President of the First Bahrain Nursing & Midwifery Society Conference. Amis to the development of practice regulations, policy, education, cadre, and leadership for Nurses and Midwives in Bahrain through Bahrain Nursing & Midwifery Society collaboration with nursing and health authorities in Bahrain.
