- Compliance with the statutes and rules of procedure of the Assembly and decisions of the General Assembly and the Governing Council.
- Payment of annual membership fees.
- To pursue the aims of the Society by participating in its programs and activities.
- Commitment to attend annual meetings and elections of the board directors.
- The obligation to represent the Society at local, regional and international conferences and organizations in the nursing profession
